Panzer I-  The first training tank that served a  much greater role.

Panzer II- An early tank with a reliable chassis that served throughout the war.

Czech T-38- Superior to Germany's Pz I and II, the T-38 saw extensive service in Poland, France, and Russia.

Panzer III- Originally designed to serve as a front-line tank, it had an underpowerd gun and thin armor.

Panzer IV- Designed as a support tank, once up-gunned and fitted with heavier armor it became the mainstay of German armored forces.

Panzer V Panther- The best all-around tank of WW II, it was fast, had thick armor, and it's 75mm high-velocity gun could knock out any Allied tank.

Panzer VI Tiger- Slow and cumbersome but with very heavy armor, it was the German's attempt to hurredly mount the 8.8cm flak gun in a tank.

Panzer VIB King Tiger- (Also called the Tiger II and Royal Tiger) German attempts to improve the mobility and armor of the Tiger brought the King Tiger; it was the most powerful tank to see combat in WW II.
